
Jennifer Roach, Ed.D., holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Clemson University, a Specialist in Education in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, and a Doctorate of Education in Professional Leadership from Converse University. Her dissertation entitled “The Effect of Systematic Grammar Instruction on Academic Ability,” successfully defended to the Graduation School of Converse University in May of 2021, was given the “Dr. Thomas McDaniel Outstanding Dissertation Award.” This honor is awarded to the graduate whose dissertation is judged to be the most potentially influential by having the most far-reaching implications for professional leadership in the context of education. Dr. Roach has over seventeen years of experience in education as both a teacher and administrator and is currently the Principal of Riverside Middle School in Pendleton, South Carolina.
